I first started out as a Licensed Massage Therapist and after doing that for 6 years I wanted more. I have worked with several professional athletes which is one reason I decided to become a trainer. Over my time educating myself i now am a Certified Nutritionist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. Why train online? It's a great way to reach my audience as most gyms will lock you into a contract and mostly pay commission to a trainer as myself. I am here to train, coach, motivate, and challenge you to reach your short-term fitness goals and long-term fitness purpose.

It is recommended if you are new to start at a pace of twice a week at 20 minutes then gradually increase to 3 times a week at no more than 45 minutes

Yes it will at the start of the program it will be above the normal range of where it is recommended but over time this balances out as all my workouts help in improve your heart rate.
